Our Accelerator embraces the digital twin definition as a digital representation of a physical world object, person, environment, system, or process that uses dynamic data to simulate, analyze, predict, monitor, and optimize performance. We believe the application of digital twins can transform approaches and power innovative pathways toward community resilience by translating monitoring technologies and predictive analytics into reliable and trustworthy decision support systems that enable key aspects of resilience.

Program structure and outline
6-month program from March to August, 2025, emphasizing upfront assessment and tailoring, and action/outcome-minded. The program is primarily virtual; however, in-person presence will be required during kick-off and ramp-up week March 3 to 7, 2025 and showcase and wrap-up week August 25 to 29, 2025.
Month 1: Assess and plan
This phase sets the foundation for tailored program focus and success through upfront joint understanding and planning as well as in-person collaboration and learning.

Months 2-5: Implement and learn
This phase is the core of the program and focuses on preparing and implementing the solution in real-world context through joint R&D or pilot(s)/proof(s) of concept.

Month 6: Prepare and ascend
